This plan will also educate you on varies foods, and this will help you to understand your body and which foods work for you and what does not work for you. My all time famous saying is “Listen to your body”. When your body is uncomfortable after eating something, that should be an indication to you that you should not eat it. If it changes your body in a bad way that you are not happy with, then do not eat it.
