The best training plans is the ones that works for you. There is no specific plan that works for everybody. We all have different bodies, and we all have different body histories. This is why I believe that it is really important that you follow something that will work for you.
Knowing who you are and what your goal is, is important for you to self reflect on. You need to be honest with yourself and honest with the questions that will be asked.
This is also not only following a training plan this is something you want to turn into your lifestyle. This specific plan must fit into your everyday life, so that it does not feel like “work”.
Also know your weaknesses, this are things that can be worked into your lifestyle in moderation. By doing this, it will help you to stay on this lifestyle for a long time. The main purpose here is to let this become your lifestyle in a few easy steps.
This plan will also educate you on varies exercises, and this will help you to understand your body and which exercises work for you and what does not work for you. My all time famous saying is “Listen to your body”.
Make sure that you understand the above, and take this plan and really get to know your body and yourself through this process. It is not always just about loosing weight, what is most important is how you feel, and who you want to be.
